Pricing questions
No setup fee for Sandbox or Growth tiers. Enterprise onboarding includes a one-time configuration fee that covers dedicated integration engineering and compliance review — included in enterprise pricing discussions.
The platform fee covers access to the production API, compliance infrastructure, and Slack channel support. It's a flat monthly charge regardless of transaction volume. It applies from your first production transaction month.
Growth rates are fixed as listed. Once you project over $2M/month GMV in the near term, reach out to discuss early enterprise pricing — we work with high-growth platforms ahead of the $5M threshold.
On Growth, Finsyncio retains the majority of interchange. On Enterprise plans, interchange revenue sharing is negotiated based on card volume and program type. Revenue sharing details are included in enterprise contract discussions.
